The Dignity of the Human Person

No matter how old, how young, born or unborn human life is sacred. God gave us the gift of life and we all need to cherish it. This CST (Catholic Social Teaching) basically explains how every life is sacred, no matter what. God gave us life, and by not respecting it your disrespecting God and not being a true Christan. Our main goal in life is to be as Jesus was, we all have to respect others just as you want them to do. Which means not to harm them in any way, mentally or physically.

How to care for God's creation

Every year we celebrate Earth day which is one of the most important day of the year where we all care for God's creation in our own way. On this day we recycle materials that people have used so it can be used for something else. This is one way to care for God's creation because when we recycle cans, newspapers, and other plastic materials we're saving the environment and making it a better place. In this way we're being stewards of creation because God called us to care for and protect the environment.

Why God Wants Us To Care For His Creation

Have you ever asked yourself, " Why do we need to take care of the environment?" Well the question has a quite simple answer. God gave us the Earth so that we could live on it and show our love for others and to be Christians, now is dumping gas or oil being a Christian or being a Steward of Creation? Harming any thing of God's creation is most definitely NOT being a Christian. Just being nice to people and loving one another doesn't mean that you shouldn't care for animals, plants, national forests, and or anything else God has created. Make a difference, be a Steward of Creation.

What's This?

Pollution is one of the biggest problems in the world right now but no one is taking it seriously. Pollution is going to destroy everything beautiful and amazing that God gave us if we don't step up right now. Its not hard to go against pollution but you have to make a change. Stop putting it off like its nothing. Instead of getting a brand new gas powered car get an eletric car such as the new Chevy Volt. The more people that step up and make a change the longer our Earth is going to last and the beautiful nature as well. So lets actually do something!
Now honestly, is this really the way God wanted his world to turn out? I don't think so. Instead of throwing away old bottles, bags, boxes, etc. throw them into a recycling bin little goals add up to big things.

Animal Abuse

Man has always hunted for food, but its gotten to the point of us abusing animals now. There is nothing wrong with hunting, but there is something wrong with abusing the animals. God put animals on this earth for us, and he wanted us to do the right thing such as killing the animal peacfully, not slaughtering them. God gave us pets to make us happy, not to have dog-fights with them, not feed them, not hurt them, but to play with them and have fun with them. Pets are suppost to have a positive effect. Animals will always have a positive effect unless you cause them to do otherwise. Dogs play, but they don't bite each other or fight each other to the point of dying unless they were taught to. God put deer, fish, pigs, cows, and other animals on this earth for us to eat not abuse. Think about it...
